Consultations are available throughout the year, although it is advisable to get in touch one to two months before your symptoms begin; for many people, this is around April or May.

Cancellation Policy: To reserve your appointment, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, as products are likely to be ordered in advance. To ensure a smooth and fair process, Dale Health Group Ltd requests a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or amendments. No-shows and appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit, but late amendments may be considered at Dale Renno's discretion.
